You are more than welcome to book your first visit with us here at Acadia Medical Clinic. This will be a meet and greet appointment where the doctor will ask for information about your medical history and discuss further plans to meet your health care needs.

Please be aware that a patient cannot have more than one family doctor.

  • We ask that you contact us to cancel or reschedule 24hrs before your time of appointment to avoid extra charges.
  • Walk-ins are always welcomed depending on availability. Please be advise that you call the clinic before visiting because once all appointments are fully booked for the day, we will be unable to see you.
  • Physical, abusive or disrespectful  behavior towards our staffs is highly prohibited and will result in your appointment been cancelled.
  • Kindly let the reception staff know of any changes to your contact details as the clinic will not be liable to information sent to the wrong contact.
  • We do have very strict  privacy and data protection policy so therefor,  we can only give information to person it relates to or if that person has given permission for the information to be released to them.
  • Last walk-in acceptance time of 5:30pm on weekdays and 3:30pm on weekends.
